RCL foods acquired our services to design their 13 000sqm head office in Durban, South Africa. The blue chip corporate was spread over 5 properties and felt it was time to bring everyone under one roof. Novospace started the propose by spending time with the business unit head to fully understand their various functions, synergies and requirements between the various departments. This was a 12 month strategic process prior to us starting any space planning. Novospace was involved from concept through to completion including interior architecture, space planning, change management, project management and procurement. This was an extremely rewarding project and a great collaboration between client and designer. The realist was a remarkable head office housing 850 employees and culminated in Novospace receiving numerous awards for the project including:
